Return & Refund Policy – Gadget Adda

At Gadget Adda, we are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Customers may request a return within 5 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with original packaging and tags intact.

Return requests raised after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Returns will not be accepted for:

Used, worn, or damaged products

Items without original packaging or tags

Products damaged due to customer misuse

Items marked as Final Sale / Clearance

Requests made after the 5-day return window

To initiate a return, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

Order ID

Reason for return

Clear photos or a short video (mandatory for damaged or incorrect items)

Our support team will review the request and assist with the next steps.

Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the refund will be initiated.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Refund Method:

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via UPI or bank transfer (details will be requested)

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Gadget Adda will arrange the return at no additional cost.

For all other return reasons, return shipping charges may apply.

Refunds may be partially or fully rejected if the product does not meet return eligibility after inspection.

Gadget Adda reserves the right to decline returns or refunds in cases of policy misuse or excessive return history.

All decisions made by Gadget Adda regarding returns and refunds shall be final.
